Effective February 01, 2016: We are now able to offer Health, Life, Dental, and Vision to our employees! We obtained composite group rates, and we pay 60% of the premium. You can choose a basic (Bronze) plan, for worse-case scenarios, or choose to upgrade and get fairly affordable co-pays.
***NOTE: We really are not very flexible with picking and choosing certain days. For example, Monday, Thursday and every other Friday will not work for us because we would have to then hire someone to work Tuesday, Wednesday, and whatever Fridays you cannot work.
***NOTE: If we call you for an interview, you must have at least what's required to fulfill an I9 form with you, which is typically a Social Security Card AND Driver's License. If you Google I9 form, page 9 lists the documents required. We will not even consider hiring you until we receive copies of these (current) documents. There are other documents that are required as well, such as High School Diploma or GED. But I9 is a Department of Homeland Security requirement and very serious.
***NOTE: There are numerous other items required. Physical, TB Tests, Drug Screening, CPR Training, Finger Prints, CDA Classes (if applicable), various trainings. So be prepared for this. The company pays for all of this.
***NOTE: We are currently hiring only those who are CDA's or willing to enroll in CDA Course
Pay is $9.00 until you have 60 hours of CDA class credit. Pay increases to $10.00 thereafter.
Pay is $10.00 after 60 hours of CDA class credit OR if you already have CDA or Teacher's Credential. Again, the company pays for this.
Bus Driver pay starts at $9.00. You will be required to be 25 years or older, have a good driving record, and be extremely reliable. You will need to receive a CL (Chauffer's License), which the company will cover the cost. You will also watch children when you are not driving the bus. Pay will increase yearly. You may also enroll in the CDA program as a bus driver, and the pay will increase to $10 per hour once you obtain 60 hours.
